G20 Summit Meeting At Corbett National Park


The G20, or Group of Twenty, is an international forum consisting of 19 countries and the European Union. The 19 countries are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The G20 was established in 1999 to bring together the world's major advanced and emerging economies to discuss and coordinate on economic and financial issues. The group represents approximately 80% of the world's GDP, two-thirds of its population, and 75% of its international trade.

The G20 holds annual meetings, which are attended by the leaders of the member countries, as well as representatives from international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The meetings focus on a range of economic and financial issues, including macroeconomic policy coordination, international trade, financial regulation, and sustainable development.

The G20 has become an important platform for global economic governance, and its decisions have a significant impact on the global economy.
